I have been using Amazon's HDMI cable to hook my TV as an external output for my laptop for when I watch videos. I've only used it a few time, but so far it has been working out better than expected. The video and sound quality is excellent for a cable that is much cheaper than at retail stores. There is little reason to go buy a $30+ cable when you can get this for a fraction of the price. This is an affordable HDMI cable that works just as well as more expensive HDMI cables. I use it to connect the HD cable box to the TV. I highly recommend it.
